Nicholas Ferber, vice-chairman of the Miami Finance Forum and managing partner of Sanford Barrows Group, for the past decade has been a preeminent executive recruiter focused on high-level positions in banking, brokerage, finance and private equity.
Prior to SBG, he served as a managing partner of Solomon Edwards Group, a national executive search firm, where in three short years he established the banking and brokerage division into a multi-state operation.
Nicholas began his professional career as an investment consultant with Prudential Securities and won numerous awards during his tenure. He subsequently worked for the prestigious firm Wachovia Securities where he became a Senior Vice-President and was named broker of the year.
Nicholas graduated from The University of Miami, with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He received his secondary education from Ransom Everglades.
Nicholas is involved in numerous organizations, both charitable and business-related, which include the Ransom Everglades Alumni Board, the Miami Finance Forum executive committee, where he serves as the vice-chairman, and the Wharton Business Club.
